ORDERING INFORMATION

-We accept Web, Phone, Fax, Mail, and E-mail orders.  Mailing address: BATTERIES AMERICA,

- ONLINE Orders, Phone Orders, Fax orders, and E-mail orders are payable by VISA, MASTERCARD,
DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
-Any customer who does not want to enter their credit card / charge card / debit card information online
  is encouraged to call us, toll free, at 800-308-4805 and place their order by phone.

- Mail orders are payable via VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Personal Check
  (allow 10 days to clear before shipping!), Certified Bank Check, or Money Order.

- Shipping & handling charge (ground service typically) for orders under 2 lbs is pre-set in the order
  system at $7.95 within the lower 48 U.S. states.   Calculated shipping charges can become higher IF
  the package VOLUME is somewhat larger, or if the destination address is remote and/or considered
  costlier by UPS or US Mail, or if the order $ amount is $200 or more.   Shipping charges are
  automatically calculated when you place an order ONLINE.  IF the actual shipping cost exceeds
  the pre-set costs, we will NOT ship the order until we contact you by phone or e-mail to secure your
  approval to pay the actual & higher shipping rate.
- IMPORTANT: Due to the limitations of the SERVER's shipping calculation system, it MAY also be
  possible to select an illogical shipping method for an International order.   If this occurs, we will
  HOLD the order pending contact with the customer to discuss proper shipping method and
  additional costs, if any.

- We usually ship via UPS Ground or registered U.S. Mail to the lower 48 states.
  International orders are sent via International Overseas Mail or Fed Ex International.
  UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or shipments to Alaska Hawaii are available at additional cost.
  Wisconsin residents add 5.5% sales tax to orders.
-IMPORTANT NOTE FOR UPS NEXT DAY AIR ORDERS and UPS 2-DAY AIR ORDERS: IF YOU ARE
 ORDERING ONLINE, AND CHOOSE AN EXPRESS SERVICE, THE ACTUAL SHIPPING DAY DEPENDS
 ON 2 FACTORS: (1) THE TIME OF DAY THE ORDER IS PLACED; and (2) THE AVAILABILITY OF THE
 PRODUCT.   WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CALL US PRIOR TO SELECTING THE EXPRESS SERVICE,
 TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT(S), AND SHIPPING DATE.  OCCASIONALLY, CUSTOM
 ITEMS, HIGH-DEMAND ITEMS, OR LARGE-QUANTITY PURCHASES MAY NEED TO BE MANUFACTURED
 & RESTOCKED BEFORE THEY  CAN BE SHIPPED OUT.

-Due to market forces, all prices are subject to change without notice.

-Our products are covered by manufacturers warranty.  OEM (original equipment manufacturer)
 and other brand-name products are covered by the OEM warranty, which varies per product.

-Do not ship or return a product without receiving our authorization.
 All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
